Choosing insurance that has comprehensive coverage is important. Acquiring a premier provider plan vs. a PPO (preferred provider organization) is a wise choice. It is an investment that will actually save you money in the future by covering more of the recommended procedures, and keeping your teeth healthy.

We always do our best to check ahead of time to see what portions of “usual and customary” procedures are covered by the insurance plan you have chosen to use. We are contracted with Delta Dental Premier, Cigna PPO, & Humana.


Treatment plans are presented to all patients before any work begins. We consult with our patients so that there is a full understanding of the procedures by which treatment is rendered. The costs and the time required to perform the services is also discussed. If changes to the treatment plan are made, and additional charges or credits are applicable, then this is explained before the services are rendered.


We accept major credit cards and personal checks. Payment for the examination appointment is due at the time services are rendered. Extended payment plans are available for qualified individuals for subsequent treatment.


As a service to our patients we offer CareCredit. With CareCredit, you pay no up-front costs, no pre-payment penalties and no fees.
