Meet The Dentists


Dr. Geoff Mykleby

After graduating from North Carolina State University and the University of Iowa, College of Dentistry, Dr. Mykleby completed his General Practice residency at
St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

He was privileged to return to his Midwestern roots where he has been providing gentle, family oriented dental care in Milwaukee for over thirty five years.

His interest in education and mentoring extends to teaching at the Medical College of Wisconsin as well as advising the Midwestern Chapter of the dental fraternity, Delta Sigma Delta. In the past twenty years, he also played a significant role in the Greater Milwaukee Dental Association Continuing Education program as well as the planning committee for the Wisconsin State Annual Meeting.

Dr. Mykleby is also very involved in the competitive swimming world as a fundraiser, coach and swimmer. He holds numerous state and national records as well as being ranked in the Top Ten in the world for sprint backstroke in his age group


Dr. David Thao

Dr David Thao attended Marquette University and received his undergraduate degree in dental hygiene. He continued his dental education at Marquette University and graduated in May of 2010. In August of 2013, he joined Mykleby Family Dentistry. He is a great listener with passion in patient comfort. Dr. Thao believes in the quality care of all his patients. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry.

He lives in Menomonee Falls with his wife and four children. In his free time he is active in his children’s events and when time permits still sneaks away for a little fishing and golfing.

He is an active member of the ADA, WDA, and Greater Milwaukee Dental Association

DR. Elizabeth Baumann, D.D.S

Dr. Elizabeth Baumann

Dr. Elizabeth Baumann grew up in Marshfield, WI and received her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry, where she graduated with honors. After graduating, she completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle, WA.

Dr. Baumann understands the important role dental health plays in a patient’s overall health and well-being, and is passionate about delivering comprehensive and individualized care. She believes in creating an environment that fosters effective communication and respect, helping her patients feel valued and comfortable. 

Dr. Baumann is a member of the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association, the Greater Milwaukee Dental Association and the Milwaukee Study Club. In her free time, Dr. Baumann enjoys watching Bucks basketball, gardening, being outside and spending time with her French bulldog, Savvy.

DR. Lee M. Radke, D.D.S

Dr. Lee M. Radke

July 16, 1958 – April 3, 2020
Of Muskego, Born to eternal life April 3, 2020 at the age of 61 years. Beloved husband and best friend of Bette Radke for 31 wonderful years.
Lee was a 1987 graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry. For over 31 years, Lee was on the faculty of the Medical College of Wisconsin in the Department of Oral Surgery where he was an Assistant Professor and practiced general dentistry. He was loved and respected by his patients and colleagues, many of whom became dear friends.
Lee was a talented woodworker and enjoyed traveling. An avid outdoorsman, he loved hunting with his three beloved labs.
Our deepest gratitude goes to the physicians and medical staff at Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin for their extraordinary compassion and care.
